Samaj is a local property and service board for Indian cities. By using this site you agree to post accurate information, not to misuse the connect request system, and not to use the platform for spam or fraudulent listings.

Listings

All listings go through admin review before appearing publicly. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or in violation of local laws. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.

Connect requests

Connect requests are a communication tool only. Samaj does not participate in or guarantee any transaction between buyers and owners. All negotiations, agreements, and payments happen directly between the parties involved.

Limitation of liability

Samaj is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this platform, reliance on listing information, or interactions between users. Use your own judgment when contacting owners.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Samaj after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
